Congratulations to Ladislav Szabó! Ladislav’s stunning capture of Giau Pass in the Dolomites is a great reminder to stop and smell the flowers. Ladislav’s discovery earned him a $2000 Expedia Travel Prize and a year’s worth of bragging rights. Time for more Troving, Ladislav! We can’t wait to see where you head next.

What a phenomenal year of discovery and adventure! Competition was close with so many amazing finds! Honorable mentions and high fives to Where I’ve Been Wandering for her mesmerizing Moraine Lake view in Alberta, to Karen Grubb for her iconic capture of Arizona’s Monument Valley, and to Where to Explore Next for her dramatic desert landscape from Canyonlands National Park in Utah.
