We are inspired every day by the beautiful discoveries you share with us. To honor the vibrancy and value that each of you brings to Trover, we created the $500 Trover Travel Scholarship. Each month, we award it to one traveler who has particularly inspired us with their photos and stories.

Who is Michaela Mala? She’s a UK-based travel photographer and explorer! Michaela shares “I was born in Prague, Czech Republic, but being a keen traveler, I have spent the last 25 years discovering the USA, Europe, and Britain. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with an immunity disorder that is impairing my eyesight, and that made me realize how much I take it for granted.” After buying her first DSLR last year, she now spends most of her free time traveling and photographing.
